By accessing or using AeCloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
AeCloud provides cloud hosting, virtual private servers (VPS), dedicated servers and related infrastructure services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the services at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, hosting illegal content, launching attacks, or sending unsolicited bulk email.
All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. You are responsible for all charges incurred on your account. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Our uptime commitments are described in our SLA. If we fail to meet the committed uptime, you may be eligible for service credits as described in the SLA.
All content, software and materials provided by AeCloud remain the property of AeCloud. You retain ownership of the data you host on our platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
