Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the rules for using AeCloud services. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

2. Prohibited Activities

• Hosting or distributing illegal content, malware or phishing
• Launching DDoS attacks or any form of network attack
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Cryptocurrency mining that exceeds your plan's resource limits
• Reverse DNS spoofing or IP spoofing
• Storing or distributing pirated material
• Any activity that violates applicable law

3. Resource Usage

You must not use your server in a way that negatively impacts other customers. Sustained resource usage beyond your plan's fair-use limits may result in throttling or an upgrade requirement.

4. Enforcement

We monitor usage and may take action to protect the network. We will notify you before taking action where practicable, except in cases of immediate security risk.
