1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All monthly hosting plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your service within the first 30 days, contact support for a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Eligibility

• The guarantee applies to the first 30 days of a new subscription
• One refund per customer per 12 months
• Domain registration fees are non-refundable
• Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 30 days

3. How to Request a Refund

Open a support ticket and select "Billing > Refund". Include your account ID and the reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel at any time from your control panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Domain registrations, one-time setup fees, and overage charges are non-refundable.
